Payment
When you place an order I do require 50% of the cost be paid up front. The rest of the payment and shipping cost will be due upon approval of final work and pieces will be shipped once payment is received.
Payments can be done through any major credit card, PayPal, money orders or cashiers checks.
Verification
Once your portrait is complete, I will send you a digital copy via email, to make sure you are happy with the work before shipping.
Turnaround Time
I will try to get your piece done in a timely matter, I aim for 1 to 2 weeks, but it does depend heavily on the pieces I am currently working on. Shipping will add up to about a week of additional time before delivery of the portrait. If you need your work done by a certain time please include the date in your email and I will try to work with you.
Shipping
Portraits come unframed. All portraits are shipped packaged flat through USPS. Shipping and Handling already included in the pricing for parcel post delivery in the United States.
Returns
Your satisfaction with the finished portrait is 100% guaranteed.
If you receive an approved portrait and wish to have a refund, a refund will only be made once you have returned the portrait to me.
Damage in Transit
In the unlikely event that a painting or drawing is damaged in transit,
the artwork must be sent back to me in its original packaging, upon which I
will repair or replace it.
Copyright
I retain copyright on all the artwork.
Due to the personal nature of a commission piece I will not use an image for cards or art prints without the permission and understanding of my client.
Privacy
I would like to assure you that your personal information will never leave the confines of my website. You will not receive junk email, regular mail or unsolicited phone calls.
